This unit was conceived, in this configuration, for the aspiration of chips steel uninterrupted, on 6 machines of cutting of sleeves. This apparatus automatically aspires the chips after cutting.

Within the framework of this application, we also adapted blowing pulpits in order to allow the drying of the parts.

The power station of aspiration, on the left, was designed, for the aspiration of aluminium pastilles after stamping of parts being used for manufacture of radiators in the car industry. A draining uninterrupted was envisaged in order to guarantee an operation 24h/24 without stop of the group.

The power station, below, aspires aluminium chips on a saw and ébavureuse into simultaneous with a network of aspiration.
A removable vat of capacity 80 liters on casters was sufficient in this application.

Connected to networks of aspiration, equipped with valves with micro-switch, the users can easily very aspire part of their building (stages, recesses etc…)

The bucket with its cyclone separator is designed to store a more important volume of waste and also to drain outside the factory.
